These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeadsPitch website and subscription services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website or subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

LeadsPitch is a business data platform. Our current core offering is a subscription service that delivers verified, industry-specific business datasets to subscribers on a recurring monthly basis.
Subscription Services
Access to our datasets is provided through paid subscription plans. Each plan specifies the industry dataset included, the delivery schedule, and the applicable price. Plan details are available on our Pricing page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim to deliver each dataset on the schedule described for your plan. Delivery timing may vary and is not guaranteed to an exact time or date each month.
Future Products and Services
LeadsPitch may introduce additional products or services over time, which may include one-time datasets, custom data sourcing, application programming interfaces (APIs), data enrichment, or other business data offerings. These Terms apply to any such future products and services unless we provide separate terms specific to that offering at the time it becomes available.
User Accounts
If our Services require you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and authorize us, or our designated payment processor, to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes affecting an active subscription before they take effect.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period until you cancel.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to your current period's dataset. Refer to our Refund Policy for details on billing after cancellation.
Intellectual Property
The LeadsPitch website, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by LeadsPitch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for how you use any data or content obtained through our Services.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute datasets or any portion of them to third parties as a standalone data product, except as permitted under your subscription plan
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our website outside of the delivery method provided
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when subscribing to or using our Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or Services
Business Data Usage
Business datasets delivered through your subscription are intended for legitimate business purposes, such as outreach, prospecting, marketing, and research. You are responsible for using this data in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and marketing communication laws in the jurisdictions where you use it.
Your subscription grants you a license to use the dataset delivered to you for your own business purposes. It does not grant ownership of the underlying data or the right to repackage and resell it as a competing data product.
Compliance Responsibilities
While we take steps to source and verify business data responsibly, you are responsible for ensuring that your own use of that data, including any outreach or marketing activity, complies with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate and where your recipients are located.

Service Availability

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to make required payments. You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by canceling your subscription as described above.

We may modify, add to, or discontinue features of our Services, including specific datasets or plans, at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect active subscriptions where practical.
